| The Discharge Medicines Service MYS claims portal has been streamlined to to make the process easier to use for community pharmacies. The new shortened MYS journey will go live on 6 July 2025. Claims for service delivery completed before 5 July. Any activity that will not be completed by 5 July must then be entered using the new MYS portal from 6 July onwards. | A new way to apply for changing a pharmacy’s core opening hours has started (23rd June). It adds to the existing process and focuses more on the actual customers of that specific pharmacy—as opposed to the wider community around it. See here for full information. |

| Pharmacy owners should be aware that for 2025/26, the Pharmacy First caps will be updated monthly. The lists will be published monthly by NHSBSA for band placements and caps. Please note, the claim window will be reduced to one month. This means that Pharmacy First consultations carried out in March, April and May 2025 must be claimed by 11.59pm on 30th June 2025 to receive payment.
